Mellissa joined our firm in 2023 as a Registered Legal Executive in our Property and Real Estate team. Mellissa is experienced in dealing with residential and commercial property transactions, refinancing and subdivisions. Mellissa is also experienced in all aspects of trust accounting. With a particular focus on Easement work, Mellissa is a key member of our team attending to the preparation and registration of utility easements and covenants.
